We lean into an editorial-meets-documentary approach for our photography and films, blending cinematic storytelling with genuine emotion. This means we focus on capturing the honest, unscripted emotions of the day as they happen, while providing gentle, artistic direction during your portraits to ensure you look your absolute best. We also focus on natural light and only use artificial light where necessary. Not sure what we mean, let some of our past photos and films do the talking.

For the most part our approach is calm and relaxed with gentle guidance to help you feel at ease and look your best. We aim to capture timeless, beautiful wedding moments that capture your day as it happened and no need to worry, if the light’s more beautiful over there we’ll let you know.

Firstly, we get it. Just ask Georgie how photogenic she thinks she is (0%). Secondly, cameras have been around since the 1800s, weddings have been around since… before that. Point is, people have been getting married for centuries without photographers. This is not a pics or it didn't happen event. As much as we might try and convince you otherwise because it’s kind of why we’re here, you don’t need a photographer. For many it’s a luxury and for everyone it’s a choice. But if you do make that choice it’s our job to find out why you feel this way and what we can do to help. Don’t know how to stand? We’ll tell you what looks flattering. Not sure what to do with your hands? Touch each other (probably). Afraid you’ll look awkward? You might. Weddings are filled with awkward. How many times in your life does someone else help you, a grown adult, get dressed? Help you go to the bathroom? Walk down an aisle with all eyes on you often? Trust us, what could be awkward any other day of your life, on your wedding day? Beautiful. Emotional. A moment worth saving… except maybe the one in the bathroom.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia but travel is one of our favourite things to do. Whether your wedding is in regional Victoria, interstate, or across the globe, we would love to be there. Travel fees apply for destinations outside of Greater Melbourne.

Full transparency: we haven’t… yet! If by destination you mean overseas. But we have passports and using them is one of our favourite things to do. If you’re considering a destination wedding we would love the opportunity to be there. Travel fees apply.

Two; excepting elopements which may only require one. We come as a package deal, two photographers/videographers for the price of one with the only added cost to you being one extra meal. See below. We have found that there is never not a benefit to having two people cover a wedding. Someone to park the car, an extra hand to hold the umbrella, and being in two places at once doubles the chance of capturing beautiful moments that might otherwise get missed. Moments you might not even realise are happening because you’re too busy having fun (hopefully). We also play well with others and have collaborated with a multitude of vendors so whatever your team looks like on the day, we’re here for you!

We like to think we are the sort of people who can make you feel at ease moments after we meet.

Send us an enquiry here and we’ll check if your wedding date is available. To officially secure your date we require a 25% non-refundable retainer and signed digital contract. The remaining payment and any agreed upon travel fees are due 7 days prior to your wedding date.

Absolutely, we’re here to help you have the best wedding possible and we’ve been to a lot so we know a few things. No matter who you choose as your celebrant, venue, photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, baker, hairstylist, MUA, what have you, let the professionals help. It’s what we do.

It rains, and you get married.

We aren’t going to tell you it’s good luck, and we aren’t going to tell you how to feel. You’re allowed to be sad about it even if it’s ‘just water.’ But in the event that rain is forecast, we will be right there with you to make a plan that ends in the same result: beautiful memories of your wedding day, exactly as it happened, rain and all.

That being said, a few things to keep in mind: first, anticipate rain as a possibility from the very start of planning so you are prepared emotionally and logistically. Second, have enough umbrellas of your preferred aesthetic ready for the bridal party (we will always have one for the couple). Finally, while our cameras and equipment are weather-sealed, they are not waterproof. Ultimately, our advice will be based on what keeps you, your guests, us, and our gear safe, comfortable, and functional.

Yes please, it’s the quickest way to our hearts and we don’t eat much… Also it’s in the contract… Unless of course you want us to take a break and leave your reception for however long it takes to find food and make sure we get what would be considered a government mandated break in any other industry. Be those people.

Your full high-resolution gallery and final films are typically delivered within 8-12 weeks, depending on the season, often sooner. In an age of instant gratification and AI, we get it, you want to see your photos and films as soon as possible. And honestly you probably should! But we’re big believers in good things taking time. So if you want your footage delivered in three days because it was edited by a program, we probably aren’t the people for you, and that’s okay. We spend hours and hours carefully selecting, editing and colour-correcting your wedding gallery. Every film we create spends weeks on our screen, making sure that your memories are preserved with all the love and care that they deserve. This isn’t a factory, and your wedding isn’t mass produced, it’s handcrafted by real people… with a camera and computer that were mass produced in a factory.

Your photos are delivered via a beautiful, password-protected online gallery where you can download high-resolution files perfect for print and web size for posting online. Your films are delivered via USB in 4K resolution, making them easy to stream, share, and archive.
