Micah & Elisa | Wynnum Golf Club
There are two things I definitely didn’t do as a student at Wodonga Senior Secondary College. One, pay attention in Maths Methods. Two, imagine that one day I would be photographing the wedding of one of the guys that was paying attention. Having known Micah and his family for so long, joining them at Wynnum Golf Club felt less like work (though anyone who’s worked a friend's wedding knows that comes with its own unique pressure) and more like getting paid to have a good time.
Micah and Elisa went with a style that was entirely their own; a rich winter palette of navy, blue, and deep red florals. Elisa’s long-sleeve lace gown brought a beautiful vintage aesthetic to the afternoon, perfectly suited for the crisp air on the greens.
As the sun dipped behind the trees, the celebration moved inside for a reception that was anything but quiet. The speeches were filled with laughter and stories of them growing up, and legendary MC Paris Zachariou brought an infectious presence to the room, keeping the dance floor packed until it was time for the newlyweds to depart. As far as chapters go, it was a privilege to be there for the start of this one.
